For deliveries to the United Kingdom we use Royal Mail.

- Orders under £80: £3.00 shipping
- Orders over £80: £10.00 shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 3-5 working days.
Delivery to Europe
- Orders under £80: £7.00 shipping
- Orders under £120: £12.00 shipping
- Orders over £120: £25 shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 10 working days.
Delivery to ROW
- Orders under £80: £15 shipping
- Orders over £80: £25 shipping
- Estimated delivery time: 5-10 working days.

Careful handling is needed when storing or drying plates. Try not to slide products over one another as this may cause small scratches in the glaze.
RETURNS POLICY:
We do hope that your are very happy with what you receive. If you are in any way dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it to us within 10 days in its original condition together with proof of purchase (a receipt or dispatch note) for a refund or replacement. Please note, we cannot refund the postage and you will have to pay for the return postage. If you notice that your order is damaged, please do not accept the package and contact us straight away. Alternatively please photograph the damaged packaging, or send it back to us so we can see what went wrong.
Swapping an item: You can swap an item if it is unused within 14 days. You will need to pay the postage to return it to us and also the postage to send you the new item.
PAYMENT:
Online payments can be made through Paypal. If you do not wish to make a transaction using this method, feel free to contact us by email on info@sashatugolukova.com. We will be happy to discuss alternative methods of payment to suit your preference.

Any price changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. Please note any duties and taxes charged at customs when sending overseas, are the buyers responsibility to pay.
